How to Return
- Contact us within 14 days of delivery
- We will provide return instructions
- Ship the item back in original condition and packaging
- Return shipping costs are covered by the customer
Refund Process
Once we receive the returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Exceptions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Sealed goods opened for hygiene reasons
- Custom-made or personalized products
- Perishable goods
Damaged or Wrong Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days with photos. We will send a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

- Wir senden Ihnen Rückgabeanweisungen
- Ware in Originalzustand und -verpackung zurücksenden
- Rücksendekosten trägt der Kunde
Erstattung
Nach Eingang der Rücksendung erstatten wir den Kaufbetrag binnen 14 Tagen auf das ursprüngliche Zahlungsmittel.
Ausnahmen
Das Widerrufsrecht gilt nicht für:
- Versiegelte Waren, die aus Hygienegründen geöffnet wurden
- Individuell angefertigte oder personalisierte Produkte
Beschädigte oder falsche Ware
Bei beschädigter oder falscher Lieferung kontaktieren Sie uns binnen 7 Tagen mit Fotos. Wir senden Ersatz oder erstatten den vollen Kaufpreis.
